Universal Ceiling Antenna Mount with Four Antenna Positions

This patent pending universal antenna ceiling mount (UCAM-004) has four antenna positions available. It permits a simple and low cost means of of mounting from one to four dipole or rubber duck style antennas to be extended from the bottom side of a commercial drop or false ceiling tile. In it's simplicity it consists of two plastic plates, one on the top of the tile, the other on the bottom of the tile. At the top side antenna cables are used to connect it to the radio device being deployed.

The applications can vary. For example one might deploy an arrangement of 4 Wi-Fi MIMO antennas or it might be 2 Wi-Fi antennas, a cellular antenna and a RFID antenna on one mount. This simple, flexible and universal solution gets rid of antennas that are sometimes poked down through the ceiling tile while connected to a router or access point, or in other cases are left above the tile loosing some of the signal. Typical ceiling mount antennas are often expensive and are with fixed frequency and gain. With the UCAM-004 one may simply replace or add additional antennas at any time which have a much lower cost.

This product uses our model AD-RSJRSJ extended length reverse polarity SMA (RP-SMA) jack-female adapters, not included. Simply purchase the number of adapters that are required, from one to four depending on the number of antennas to be deployed.

At this time we are manufacturing two white antennas. One, model ANRD82421703-W-RSP is designed for the 824 to 960 MHz and 1710 to 2170 MHz cellular bands. Another is our model ANRD245X05-W-RSP designed for the 2.4 and 5.1 to 5.8 GHz Wi-Fi bands. Other aesthetic white colored antennas will be available in the future.
