TNC Jack Female Crimp Connector for Cable Types: AIR802 CA195, RG58/141/142, Times Microwave's LMR195, Belden 8240/8219

Connector selection is extremely important to insure proper operation and reliability. Poorly constructed connectors will cause higher VSWR and insertion loss resulting in electrical noise and intermittent issues. This connector is a TNC jack female for RG58 and 195-Series cable. Connectors can be a bit confusing regarding the gender. There are also Reverse Polarity (RP) TNC connectors. RP-TNC is common with many wireless products. The RP-TNC plug is a male connector. It has threads inside and the pin does not protrude from inside the connector. This causes confusion for many not familiar with various connector types leading them to believe that this is the female, however it is the male. We generally prefer the term, plug, in order to avoid this confusion.
